5r55s issue?

I recently replaced the solenoid pack and valve body on my 08 auto 4L only for it to give me a code for the intermediate shaft speed happened to have a spare parts transmission laying around so i pulled a sensor out of that to test if it was a bad sensor cause i didnt want to reopen the tranny. It seems to have fixed it but monitoring the PID when driving i get 0 RPM from the ISS when in 3rd gear and only 3rd gear however its not giving me a light for that anymore (i have lights for no rear 02s since i have LTH) and its shifting mostly smooth with a little hic up here and there im just wondering if it that is something that's normal with these transmissions or is there something amiss here.

Not necessarily normal. How many miles on th etransmission? What is the maintenance history on it?

Both mileage and history are mostly unknown it was a LKQ used trans i put in about 3-4 years and about 20k miles ago. When i dropped the pan the fluid looked good no excessive metal or clutch material. It’s shifting great now im just a little paranoid about the 3rd gear iss saying zero rpm
