410s since u already got them.
I have seen a few go to 456 but with the 6060 5th and 6th gears are both overdrive gears. which doesnt really add a great useable gear the new six speed is supposed to be 5th for 1:1 with just sixth as an overdrive i believe wich would give you the extra useable gear.

Unless you have a 2010 6060, then 6th is .62, and 5th in a 3650 is .68 so it really is not that much of a difference.
I have been running 4:10's with both transmission, and what I liked most about the 6060 was how all the gears are tighter. The 3650 has that huge leap between 2nd, and 3rd.

With all that said, I say stick with the 4:10's, and depending on your power level, and how much drag racing you do, you may eventually want to drop back down to 3:73's if it is primarily a street car.
At 640rwhp, I have been considering 3:73'sfor a while now, but just haven't gotten around to swapping them, although my plans have changed once again.

In a month ill will be between 600 and 650. I have started hating the 3650 with the 4.10's thats why I ask. Do you think Ill be alright or will I just hate the 6060 with 4.10's it sounds like it will be a good fit for me. almost like having a 6060 with 3.73's

I considered the swap and put together a spreadsheet comparison against my current 3.73's because I wanted the same overall 1st gear, which means 4.10's. Check out the chart and see what the differences are. I also have the percentages between gears listed. Notice the MPH at 6800 in both top gears!

My boss here has a GT500 thats putting down a little more then what you are going for and has 3.73's. I have driven it a few times and it feels perfect to me on the street, haven't taken it to the track though.

For what its worth I would say try your 4.10's and see if you like them...if not you can always change gears later.

With big power you're going to like a 3:73 better. IMO

I am running a 26.5" tall tire too.

Run it and see how you like it, but start thinking 3:73

I didn't realize you were at the power level. Are you turbo or SC? If you're turbo, go with 3.73's. If your SC, stay 4.10.

I was looking to do the same thing and with everything I've read or heard 3:73's seems like more people like if you do any highway driving.

I'm running 3.73's but I also am running a 26" tire. I like the 3.73's quite a bit and I am changing to a 28" tire this spring so I might end up going with a 4.10 but I am not sure till I drive it. I don't think you will go wrong either way. I'd say stick with the 4.10's and go from there.

I appreciate the feed back. Normally it would be a big deal becuase I have shop, but im rebuilding the rear end at the same time. So i would like to have my guys only do it once.

Im thinking the 4.10s may be the way to go. Ill know soon enough I guess LOL
