I have a friend who use to be a NYC taxi driver. His taxi company bought a lot of used police Crown Vics. One of them had a '99 Mustang Cobra motor. Supposedly the story was that the police confiscated the '99 Cobra from a street racer and later they decided to swap in the cobra motor.

He one had a passenger tell him to go to JFK airport and step on it. he left a long one wheel peel as he pulled away form the curb and the passenger seemed a bit shocked.

He had pictures of the car.
