On my 2014 Mustang Gt w/ Brembo brakes I am running stock steel wheels w/ 255/40-19 BFG Comp II tires. Always liked the old muscle car look & I am considering Amer Racing VN388 (aka Boss TTs). Problem is, they don't come in 19", only 18 or 20 inch. If I ran BFG 255/40-20's with 20X9 inch wheels on 114.3X5 bolt circle, Would they fit w/ no suspension mods? What about off set? I looked at the tire/wheel fitment post but I'm terrible w/ numbers and I get a headache. Any input appreciated.

Just looking at the picture on the AR website, I doubt those wheels will clear the Brembos. Most wheels with a deep lip won't. They also don't list a 20X9", only 20X10" and 20X8.5".
8.5" is narrower than your stock wheels and the offset on the 10" wheel (35mm) means they're going to poke a bit in the back. Not a great look IMHO.
