Hey guys,

I just placed a relatively large detailing order through Autoality due to Seer's recommendation along with their competitive pricing. When I was notified of my order being shipped I was disappointed to see that only part of it shipped. When I received the order I was even more disappointed to see that I was sent 4 of the wrong type of Lake Country polishing pads.

However, a few brief phone calls later and everything was straightened out. Autoality willingly sent the correct pads I had ordered while allowing me to keep the pads I was given by mistake. On top of this, I was shipped a 32 oz container of M205 instead of the 8 oz I ordered as well as comparable replacements for the back ordered items to ease the waiting time, free of charge.

Most of the time I dealt with Eric (the owner I believe) on the phone but everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Autoality has provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had. This is a stand up company and has earned my return business. I think the least I could do is share my experience in return for all the free stuff they sent me haha.

I shopped there due to seer's recommendation as well. Nothing but good things to say as well. Will definately order from them again

Only thing I have an issue is every time I place an order they seem to be out of stock of one of the items that I ordered. Like now I am waiting on 5 bottles for close to a month. But beyond that I love their prices and how fast they ship out.

If you call and ask for Eric, I am fairly certain he will come to some acceptable solution for that.

For instance, I'm currently still waiting on a gallon of maxi suds and a hand wax applicator. He sent me a 16 oz of maxi suds and two different applicators until the items I ordered actually come in.

+1 for Autoality. I was lucky enough to live 15 minutes away from their old bricks and mortar location. I can't tell you how helpful they are and how many awesome deals I've gotten.

+1 ordered black light and V07 from them, there was a delay because of there move and I got 2 of the fluffy towels and 2 of the thick microfiber applicators free just for the wait. Very nice people to deal with!

FYI, they moved back to the north hills on babcock blvd.
