I would be all over this wheel if only they made one for the rear wheel a 19x10 or 19x11.

I never said I was gonna use race tires. I was just interested in the wheels.

Further updates. Recaro seat, in. Intake and tune, in. Some new tires on the way. A little testing this weekend (but not on the new tires that it looks like I'll have to do in New Jersey @ the ProSolo in two weekends).

Still lots to do, it won't be a full tilt car in terms of yanking A/C and all, no sir. I believe that "street prepared" should be streetable. While I'll tow it to autocrosses, I do drive it and want to drive it so I can show folks that a setup that wins can be quite civil on the road too. :)

What wheels/tires do you run on the street?

Well, a little more progress. Made it through a 5 run local event in Ohio on a surface that had been one to give me the issues in left handers. Seems ok. Just got done with a differential swap, going to try a little bit of a tweaked tune and some different bars settings. I'll likely go right back to the bar settings I had as the Ohio site it not normal and tightens cars way, WAY up.

Let me see how it works first... :) The trouble with the 'net is folks want to know everything, and now. I'm not sure I'll be happy with it and it's a most likely temporary measure.

I just saw the PAX results from the NJ Pro Solo. Near the top of the heap in an not fully developed ESP car. That's fantastic.

6/6 Update:

After getting back from Lincoln last week it was clear (well it was clear in Lincoln) that I had to make a few tweaks. So after an all night thrash on Thursday I went to Dover for the last leg of the crazy 3 weeks back to back. Good news is the car is not only lower and stiffer, but looks a lot meaner and is quicker too even on a very, very bumpy lot.

I ran 1st heat which was dirty so Saturday times are not good when PAXED and compared to later heats. But Sunday the course was mostly reversed, meaning it was both clean and rubbered in. And the result, my best time was 61.2... And when you compare that to the top Super Stock times of 61.1 and 61.2 (Lotus Elise and C6 Grand Sport respectively), and the top AS time of 61.8 (FRC C5) I think we're making progress
