Okay. First, this is over a very small amount, and maybe it's petty, but it's the principle that I care about. I don't want anyone but him paying for this. This is about accountability.

I sold a part to Rpm427sc, he paid, I shipped it. A couple days later I got him a tracking number, and he promptly told me the address I shipped it to is incorrect and I need to get it changed so it can be delivered to the right place. He then included his correct address. I ship everything based off information given to me either in a PM, or in the Paypal payment. I logged into Paypal and verified I had shipped it based on his address in his Paypal account. Which didn't match the address he later gave me. So, no problem. I log onto UPS, change the address, and it cost me just over $12 to do this. It's not a free service. I informed him his address with Paypal was incorrect, it cost me $12 to change it, and I'd appreciate that to be sent over. Meanwhile, his part was well on it's way to the correct address.

Several days go by and nothing. After the tracking number showed delivered, I messaged him to make sure he got it, and then asked again for the additional freight. He said "I can cover it, I'll be home from work on Sunday and be able to log into paypal then." -Direct quote. I never saw it, and that was the last message I have received from him. That was almost a month ago. I've since messaged him twice asking for the payment, and those have been ignored.

I know it's only $12. I don't desperately need it. But I also believe in taking responsibility for your mistakes, and paying your debts. Blowing me off because it's a small amount is not acceptable.

I have screen shots of the new charges through UPS (which I messaged him a pic of), as well as his incorrect address in his Paypal.

This is what negative feedback is for. Everybody wants to wait and not submit a negative so everybody ends up with perfect ITraders in spite of several shady transactions. I'm willing to work with anybody as long as they are willing to work with me, but as soon as I see they have been online several times and ignored my attempts to contact then it's gloves off.

If you need to post in here they need negative feedback. Doesn't matter if they eventually make it OK. If its a bad experience then itrader needs to reflect that.

Nope. Nothing. You guys are right, negative Itrader should get his attention, and that's what it's for anyway.

Let it go. You handled the situation wrong. You expect to get shit for free? How does that make someone selling a product a thief...

well i put dishonest and theivery on the same platform. wrong wording same level of integrity. ive had an outpouring of unamed support on this matter from this forum and phone calls and holcomb ( the vendor I was talked out of the ID's from ) told me that this was sheer bullshit for a vendor to do to a customer under the circumstances. didn't ask for any freebies. i asked for what i was sold which was 8 "new" injectors of which I now have for 75 dollars more than i was quoted. he still has the injector to sell, a boy named slade with luekemia got a 75 dollar donation. its all good but I'm not going to sit back and take his little potshots because he's the fucked up vendor here that didn't stand behind his word or his product. you want me to name drop some other vendors who said the same thing ?

Pitting vendor vs. vendor now...someone should pm Holcomb on this.
i just got off the phone with blake, you want his number ? make sure you order something when you call also 800-475-7223. he has the best deals on the stuff he sells, I had an incident while placing a LARGE order with him, he took care of it. period, stand up guy. Talked with Injector dynamics, 1 other vendor here and one non-supporting vendor all with the same supporting theory based on my circumstances, I got hosed and they don't pin customers down, so they say. i brought this to this thread because it is where it belongs. he didn't want to work this out so this is the result. here for everyone to draw their own conclusion. I'm done and deleting my subscription to this thread as to get out of the conversation, any replies should be pm'd. the facts are laid out, draw your own conclusion

Wait... Am I getting right that one vendor will bad mouth another to get a customer? Hell, I'd never expect that.

This could be huge...

Next thing you know Taco Bell will be calling out Taco Bueno.
