Yea, Paypal said it could be ISF or he cancelled it. He had no address to send to and when i asked him his address, that when it happed. Gave him several attempts to tell me why this happened and he never responded.

IIRC He was about to go out on deployment for awhile just recently. He might not be able to get your messages right now. Still sucks that he didn't tell you about it beforehand.

I wouldn't be too concerned yet. Most people leave their accounts signed in on computers that are familiar to them. It could very well be a family member, friend, or otherwise, who are making his accounts show up online.

For what it's worth, I see his account on mustangforums active as of last night, but no other activity anywhere for a while. He does have good ebay feedback.

Regardless, piss poor communication skills.

ordered a painted hood on Nov. 1st of 2011. Waited till january too start getting concerned. After many many calls and bullshit answers like, my girlfriends mother is sick, we were closed for a week for holidays, another week closed for vacation, moving shops, backed up for the holiday season, etc etc etc.

Got to the the point where they just told me that they had trouble painting the hood and were going to refund my money via check. This is after I put in a paypal claim. This was on march 22 2012. This is the email they sent me.

"We are cutting a check for you and mailing it to you. Paypal would take a large fee for the refund.

What they ment about the large fee
paypal gives you 45 days to refund with no fee
Looks like this deal went wayyyyy past that so if he refunded the money on paypal they would charge him just like sending cash to someone. SO he didnt want to eat those fees so he mailed a check

Long story short..Kit(if you can call it that) arrived missing every single piece of hardware(nuts/bolts/brackets/wiring harnesses) missing fuel rails.

Heat Exchanger damaged beyond repair, Waterpump damaged beyond repair. The Supercharger unit itself has gouges all the way down to the metal. The pulley looks like a saw blade, its so damaged. The Air filter included is damaged.

Stage3motorsports quoted me $850 just for the missing hardware and fuel rails. Not including the waterpump and H/E.

I contacted Joshua immediately after opening the boxes and inventorying the garbage. His response was..."Didn't you receive the 3rd box?" Very convenient considering the day he shipped it he told me there was 2 boxes and gave me only 2 tracking numbers...

Joshua Effler has ignored my pm's/Emails/Voicemails since 5/16...I have his ph # and his address. He hasn't been to busy to avoid Paypal and UPS both of which have been able to speak with him TODAY as he lodged a disagreement with my paypal claim.

I've filed a dispute with paypal and paypal buyer credit. I've also filed a dispute with UPS.

First time in 14years of buying and selling mustang parts that I have ever been FUCKED. I guess I've joined the club.

Checking flights to Livingston LA... I'm not going to go away.

I've called this guy 3 times today, 3 times yesterday and have sent him and email everyday. I also asked paypal to request him to call me. I also asked the lady from the Houma La ups store to ask him to return my calls. Nothing...and she confirmed she had spoken with him today and yesterday.
