Well, funny story, I just pulled the kit I have here, and the bolt package is missing.

sorry I tried to empty my messages with my phone and it didn't work. I just got home today and the ziploc bag of bolts I was supposed to send with the manifold. I will send them to you on Monday. I am assuming that you did get the manifold.

Over a month, he's definitely ignoring you. Paypal dispute time. That should wake him up.
I can look at my bolt package I have here, what do you need to know for as sizes? I haven't installed my FRPP intake yet,working on the valve covers first,so I have bolts package available to measure and so on.

This is why you don't gift purchases. There's even a vendor on this forum who always prices items specifying that you must gift the money through paypal. I will never do business with that vendor and if I did, I would ignore his request and specify it as a purchase.
This entire thread is proof of why you do not gift funds through paypal when buying something from somebody you have never met.

Most PP transactions aren't done with a CC as the funding source.

This is true, I always go back and manually change the payment method to my amex on my pp. Amex has amazing customer service if you ever have any problems.
Doesnt matter...you can still dispute a charge on your account.
