I have a 06 mustang dynoed at 400horsepower in 90degree weather. It has 4.10 gears several goodies runs about 6 to 7 psi. The car feels extremely slow to me. Feels like a stock mustang. I have had foxbody mustangs with prochargers running 5psi stock otherwise that would run 13s that felt alot quicker. Everyone says I should be in the 12s but it feels like a 14second car. Someone told me that the way they are designed you are going alot faster then it feels like. Shouldnt a 400 horse to the wheels car really snap you back in the seat easpecially with the 4.10 gears.

Need alot more info if you would like to get any help.

What power adder? Is it intercooled? What tune, plugs fuel system, supporting mods etc.

These cars can run 13s stock.

Power Dyne ith meth injection Just came off the dyno Tuesday no intercooler think plugs are hto 39lb injectors pypes long tube headers offroad hpipe flowmaster mufflers prolly some other stuff Im forgetting. I bought some crank case breathers from you guys at blowbyracing. Last run of the day was like 397 horse and 375 torque at the wheels. So shouldnt the car feel fast.

It is technical hoping somebody can chime in and tell me if I have a problem somewhere.

I'm sorry, but asking how a 400 HP car should "feel" is not a technical question on this forum. Maybe at other forums, but not here.

Did you even bother to read the links I posted?

Sorry, but this is not tech.

I'd guess with what little knowledge we have, that you've got used to the power, maybe?

Yes I guess what I am asking is since my card doesnt feel very fast is there anyway that the car could dyno those numbers but on the street be having something fail and not be pushing that much power. Or are these cars designed so much better then the old ones that you are going fast it just doesnt feel like it.
