Can someone direct me to where i can purchase a set of bolts for my manual transmission TR3650

That will work.

They're just flanged metric 10.9 bolts. If you know, or can figure out the thread pitch and length(s), they can be had at almost any hardware store. They're probably a M10x1.5 bolt, and the length would be super easy to figure out.

If you can't find flanged metric bolts, just get an sae washer to put on a "normal" hex head bolt.
