Looking for recommendations on a solid tire + wheel combo for daily driven S197 Mustangs. Ideally something that balances comfort, grip, and longevity. What are you guys running on your 05–14 GT or Bullitt models? Any favorite sizes, offsets, or brands that deliver good all-around performance?

That would depend on how you drive your daily when it isn't stuck in traffic.
10" wide wheels with an offset in the low 40s and a good 285 section width UHP tire is a nice grippy setup that can still be rotated normally. It's probably overkill for most commuters though.
Stock GT500 wheels are usually available fairly cheap if you want to save some cost. Get the 18s if you deal with a lot of pot-holes. Wrap 'em in a set of 275/40-18 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 4s. They wear like iron, have decent grip and don't get scary if it gets below 50° like a summer UHP tire does. My wife's daily just got a fresh set of them and my daily is on a set of the older A/S 3s.

Seeing as I do encounter rain, lots of it lately with it either being dry or a monsoon, and cold temps, I opted for a set of Vredestein snow rated tires. Not snow tires, but they are rated for light snow. They have been pretty darn good in the rain. Ultimate grip in the summer only makes for sketchy driving any other time and good for an emergency tow out of a ditch...or worse.

I'm running 255s on the stock 8.5" rims. The extra width acts as a curb protector for the rim.

Mine has 20s for the street. I have 315s HP 108 in the rear and I don't remember the brand in the front. Just a regular all season tire (275s).

I just installed a set of F1 Supercars on my 2010 GT. Less than 1,000 miles on them and so far I like them. Very grippy and still good when wet. I’m running 255s in the front and 285s out back but if you run the same size on all 4 corners they could be rotated normally.
