It is a great "in between" bar.

The rate at the stiffest setting, is stiffer than any other sway bar available....but it is not quite as stiff as a true "Anti Roll Bar" that is designed for straight line use.

My thoughts are, why not just grab the XSB005 that we design for straight line? It is streetable and does not need to be disconnected to be used on the street. It is a little more expensive, but so worth the difference in cost.

Oh, OK. I have their regular non adjustable rear sway bar. It was great when I drove her everyday. But I will soon be switching to the Extreme Anti Roll bar here after I buy my K-Member and A-arms. I drive the car once or twice a week now and my car already handles like a pig so I'm just gonna leave it hooked up all the time. Low and slow on the streets for me anyways. Pretty much just a slow track car now.
