Great job Chad and Congrats!

I assume you plan on doing it all again next year?

How were your 60's looking up there?

Thanks everyone,
I cut a 1.63 60ft.,which was my best and a bunch of 1.65s.
Don't think I can make the Ford Fever event. Wish I could, I know the car would go 11.80s out there.
We welcome all new racers to the class. The more we get, the better. This class, has by far, some of the best people. I'm proud to be a small part of this class.

Boss281, your going to love that suspension.

Chad, I've used the BMR suspension for two years now. Once I added in the xtreme antiroll bar and QA1 adjustable shocks, dialing in 1.5x 60 fts takes two, maybe three runs to work out a hook at the right air pressure. I love the consistency, like you, with a stick.

Impressive times for the stock engine, by the way. It took cams (stock heads and bottom end) to get me into the 11s, but I'm hoping the beefed up 3650 I have on order from Hanlon Motorsports will support my high rpm launches and get me that 11.5...

Good deal, Are you and the wife both going to be running SST?
What tires are you planning to run in the class?

Both of use 26" MT ET Streets and Fronts... Depending on the travel, one or both of us may race, and we haven't decided which race/which car if only one will race an event. Laura's actually has better reaction times and is more consistent than I am, so I may be humbled pretty quick. We're pretty psyched either way!

Congrats, that's dang impressive. Two quick questions.
1. How are you getting 7400 rpm out a stock 3v?
2. What tires you running? Those look like slicks to me

We have the rev limiter set at 7800, with a DAVAD Motorsports Tune.

No, they are not slicks. They are the new M/T Drag Radial Pro's, 275/60/15 .
