Boss Intake Mani

Just finished Porting, and painting my Boss intake manifold. Took me 6hr to tape off all the lettering, 3hrs to finish port/polishing the manifold, and a six pack lol. I forgot to take a pic of the manifold after the final polish but here are the end results. What do you guys think? The car pulls so hard with the boss manifold, it is definitely a great upgrade!!

Pretty simple, you have to use a dremel with a flapa wheel, and some fine polishing wheels, the whole process is to open up the port. When ford made the Boss manifold they made a slight mistake with the placement of the injectors. The injector location is really close to the runners so they had to make a hump or "dome shape" inside the runner to place the injector in its location. They corrected this mistake with the cj intake, so a lot of guys on other forms (which will not be mentioned) lol. Have noticed this and came up with a diy thread showing the whole process, when you're done with the project the boss intake runner port should resemble the cj port. Guys have had some really good dyno results with this free mod, I have seen guys make 12hp and 8tq, and higher after porting the intake.
