I promise it will take all of about 8 hours. Not 8 months like our boy caleb. Spark plugs will be here tomorrow.

Im just waiting on the seats to ship for Corbeau. I might get them next week if im lucky.

Just finished working on the car. Just about everything is on. All that's left is to tap the oil pan, find some misc. parts that didn't come in the kit and change the plugs. Can't believe Vortech doesn't send the 3/8" NPT tap that is needed for the pan.

Started at about 5 this afternoon. Vortech calls for you to tap the pan first, but it's Sunday and the hardware closes at 5, the time I started working on the car. Dropped the tank swapped fuel pumps. Then I got just about all of it done and they sent me 2 female bungs, so I'll get one at the hardware store tomorrow when I get the tap. Injectors were swapped and old plugs pulled. Gap the new ones and that's about it. About an hour or so worth of work tomorrow.

I didn't take any today. Had the game on in the shop and tools flying all over the place. I'll snap some tomorrow when I get into the shop.

I was under the impression that all new vortech units were self oiled/self contained?

Well all was going good until around midnight last night. Started the car, no leaks seemed to be running fine. Got about 2 miles up the road and i could smell oil. Stopped at the gas station and popped the hood to find it covered in oil. It looks like someone took a water hose and hosed down the engine bay.

Thank God i didnt try to make it home. As soon as i loaded it on the trailer i had lost every bit of oil.

I think either the return line popped off of the feed line isnt tight enough.

I just need to put it on the lift and figure out why im losing all my oil. The only thing i can think of is the two high pressure lines. It has got to be the feed line, or the return line.
