Bouncing speedo at idle

Any help troubleshooting this would be great. It’s not the cluster as I have two, same behavior on both. After the car is warm and particularly after highway driving, I come to a stop and Speedo starts to bounce. Start to go and speedo needle becomes stable once again; only bounces at idle. I hope I do not have an electrical gremlin; is there a sensor on the trans? car has a 6060 in it as well.

Nothing geeez ... where did the days of Bruce go... ordered a new speed sensor, hopefully that fixes it

Well I changed the speed sensor, same thing, wanted to light the car on fire and then I remembered I had the battery tender still plugged in on the 12v side, battery is in trunk can you fucking believe it was that... must of been oscillating noise back into the car on the 12v side ... crazy
