Gotcha, I know it will look sharper and perform better once they are done with it.

Can't rush some things, I know the start of the NRMA season had them running when I was there.

Nope just me, she does dont really care to much for drag racing and car stuff.... Sounds good if you want to split the cost, just now will have to descide if we are wanting to watch or race and how to get involved in it.

I will talk to Brent again in couple of weeks and the crew at Brenspeed about it when I go get my car. I know they race that circuit and have a booth/vendor area at all the events. I even mentioned that Brent, George, and Kent could take my Stang down the track a few times, Kent was wanting to race it in a different category than what he runs at most of the events. Will see....

I ran the cheap motorcraft filter for the breakin and run the FRPP oil filter for normal duty.

Is the 6.5 lid really that much better then the shaker setup? And are you gonna plexiglass the hole in you hood?

I think the video said he is getting a new hood...but plexi would be a cool look, like the Zr1 or something.

I don't think the gains have been show against the supershaker. I know there have been writeups showing the difference between the old lid and the new ones. It was more of me tring something different to squeeze a few more ponies from my build.

I think the plexiglass hood would be really cool looking and different, will have to wait until I get the car back from Brenspeed before I can explore the ways of doing it. I am definitely going to look into it and will keep everybody posted on it.
