Cam lobes

The passenger side cam has a few lobes with rough looking spots, any idea of the cause? The drive side looks great. Also is the inside of this valve cover purposely shaped the way it is to drip oil onto the lobes?

Bad cam followers, not enough oil...

journals look good....hopefully ill be able to get by with just polishing the cam and replacing rockers/followers.
