Can you identify this part?

This thing was on the passenger side ground by the time I finished working on my car(taking front bumper off and on).

It is some kinda rubber connector with a thin rubber membrane in the middle.
What is this? Can I leave it off? I hate this feeling lol

Looks like a rubber water drain thingy off the back of a headlight.

Actually I was swapping my headlights. But it is closed in the middle with this thin rubber membrane so i dont think it can be used in draining.

I just googled and found out that it is indeed from my headlights.
