clean your throttlebody and make sure there are no intake/vacuum leaks.. then reset the KAM (unplug the battery and let it sit for 10 minutes) and you should be good to go.. unless something else is an issue

Spray all the connectors for the throttle body with contact cleaner

Probably not that helpful but had exactly the same issue recently. Turned out that the filter had almost come off my intake pipe. First glance I wasn't specifically looking for it and didn't notice a thing but after I had a closer look the worm clamp wasn't tight enough and there was a big gap between the pipe and filter letting a tonne more air in. The tune obviously couldn't cope and the car stalled every time I didn't have my foot on the gas. No CELs either and power steering stopped just like yours. I'd check for a leak first. Sounds obvious but like I said, I missed it on first glance.
