CDC AGRESSIVE chin

So i bought a cdc aggressive chin spoiler from LMPerformance. It said textured black, thinking that i would get a lip that is ready for install. i finally received it and it has this white S*** all over it but its the lip is black. any thought of how to paint it my self. looking for like a flat/satin black paint. maybe duplicolor, what specific type.? any help would be great.

Same. I wouldn't want to go through the hassle of having to do it yourself. Call the place where you got it and have them send you a new one.
