changing my transmission tomorrow

I finally found the limits of the TR-3650. I took it to a spectator race at the local circle track a few weeks ago, and proceeded to tear the second gear syncro out of my tranny.

I bought a new spare one the day i bought the car, because the previous owner was having a few issues with second gear.

Right now its all loaded on the trailer and ready to go tomorrow to my buddies shop to get swapped.

We are putting a McLeod twin disc in his roush, then putting the new tranny in my car right after. He thinks we will be done by lunch, i think he is crazy, and i am definitely not rushing any thing!!!

Swapping the 3650 isn't all that bad. Glad to see it went smoothly

i had to drop the Kmember in my car down about an inch to get it out. I think that has to do with the saleen blower, and the motor mounts i have, but all in all it was pretty titt
