Ok so i am trying to pass an inspection in NY. i have the car set back to stock. Stock tune, stock intake, filter, cmcv plates etc... the only thing i didnt change is the exhaust which is long tubes, no cats, non foulers and those cat simulators i made a thread about (link at bottom). i also have under drive pulleys, but thats not causing the code. i am getting code P2020 Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor/Switch Circuit Range/Performance. does his mean i need a new cmcv motor? also, whats the best way to get the EVAP to cycle and come up ready?
I did the whole search thing and only came up with three threads, none of which help very much

also fwiw, the stock charge motion plates sat in a damp basement for about 6 years. im fuessing that is most likely the problem, i just want to make sure it is before i buy another set or an 09-10 intake manifold
