Boy u guys aren't kidding when u talk about how temps affect pads. Its 56F and lite steady rain my car was sitting. Out for about 1.5hrs. The initial 1/2 block drive from end of driveway to the cross street stop sign seemed OK but there was that dull rubbing noise. So I decided to test it a bit, got up to 40mph hit the brakes and wow that dull rubbing and very little braking for a few seconds. I drove through some side streets hitting the brakes and then even rode the brake pedal while even on the gas and man u could feel it when the pads heated up.

I've been waiting for a day like this as I'm fairly skeptical on what manufactures say about stuff like this because everyone is in warm/hot dry climates. I have the Wildwood front brakes that came with bp10 pads. So I'll be swapping those out this week. My old car had hawk pads and wet/cold they rubbed/grinded a bit on initial application but never a prob after that. With these I had to stop hard from 30-40 to 10mph ,maybe 5-7 times before they worked like they did yesterday which was mid 70s and dry.
