Look folks. This isn't all that bad to do. Return your car to stock, that file is automatically saved on your SCT device. Flash your car back to stock. You DO NOT have to run your car. Just turn it off after flashing it to stock without ever starting the engine. Go to your computer and make sure you have your tunes saved in your email or on your computer. If you don't have your current tunes saved for some odd reason, simply download them from your SCT device along with a copy of your stock tune.
Then, do the SCT firmware update via the SCT software already on your computer. The same program you used to save your tunes with. Update the device, then reload your current tunes to it. Go to your car and load your normal tune again. It will save your stock tune again and then load the tune you picked. Nothing to be afraid of.
