Hey guys, Will have to bite the bullet and do a Evap assembly replacement. Both it and the heater core are leaking (heater core is bypassed / evap is holding with some stop leak - but just a matter of time)

I also have machine gun fire coming from the dash when I start the car - so at least one actuator is cooked. Would like to replace them all since Ill be tearing our the dash - how many are there and do you guys have part numbers?

What is the proper process to reset the actuators before powering on for the first time? Would hate to go through all that work just to rip them apart on first power on due to alignment.

Here are the instruction I found to remove the assembly:

https://iihs.net/fsm/?d=336&f=Heater Core And Evaporator Core Housing.pdf&p=2

Any advice would be appreciated before im in too deep ;)

Appreciate and tips.
