My factory pigtails burned up, so I replaced them with ceramic pigtail that can handle up to 1500 degrees. I believe the OEM wires are 22g and the replacements were 16g. They work great with the H13 bulbs. I ordered the DDM HID H/L kit. I have try installing it twice and the lights will not come on at all. It seems as if the car isn`t even recognizing the headlights being installed at all. The ground on each ballast box were mounted on the chassis. So I`m not really sure whats going on??? Is it possible that since to OEM wires and the new pigtail wires are different gauges its not drawing enough power???

Any help is greatly apprciated!

Sounds like you started with HIDs? If the 10 MY follows my 09 MY wiring, check Fuse 54 (left) ans Fuse 55 (right). These flow to the Auxiiliary Relay Box 1 (mounted on the passenger strut tower) and then to the lamp/ballast/solenoid. Do you have a volt meter to check? Hopefully you don't need to worry about the Auxiliary Relay Box 1 connections.

Do you have the signal wires for the HID ballast plugged into the factory headlight harness correctly? It is a 3 wire setup.

Actually it had bulbs that had way to high of a wattage, which caused the pigtails to burn due to the heat. I`ll go grab a volt meter and check sometime this week. I`m really new to doing everything myself. As i have realized howmuch I`ve spent paying others to due stuff that I can do myself...

I have followed the directions exactly as they have on their site, even had a friend try to install the kit also. I was not aware that this kit had anything to do with the signals.
