Well I firgured Id just throw this out there incase anyone is the furture needs help trying to fix this probelm....
I tried to change over my stock TB electronics to a L&M 62mm TB. As some of you may know, theres a spring on the inside of the larger housing. That spring needs to be "Clocked" or wound up counter clockwise to keep the TB blades closed at idle of when off the throttle. If you do not do this you will throw 2 DTC's....

P2104
Throttle Actuator ctrl system - forced idle

P2111
Throttle Actuator ctrl system - stuck open

I did some searching and found this thread that helped alot...
http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=62904
Now here is where I wanted to throw some more info out because the solution in that thread will not work with the stock GT 55mm TB spring.....
You only need to "Clock" the spring 1 full rotation, counter clockwise. The above thread is dealing with a GT500 TB spring which must be different since they needed to clocked it 3 times.... Anymore tension you will throw...
P2112
Throttle Actuator crt system- stuck closed
Meening the actuator cant operate due to too much tension on the blades... Hope this helps anyone with this prob in the furture

So for the spring in stock TB it's one turn counter-clockwise, for the GT500 TB is 3 turns counter-clockwise and since your L&M TB is the same size as the GT500 (I think), it's also 3 turns? If so, then I'm gonna try this on my BBK TB. It was working for me flawless until I went FI and it started giving me those codes so I went back to stock and no problems since. Sounds stupid but maybe the added SC air flow could have added enough extra tension to throw the codes. My other guesses would be either the actuator is just one its way out (at 58K miles) and needs a new one, or the spring just got loose and needed to be re-wound. Also could be the TPS?
