I bought a used set of GT500 shocks and springs pulled from a car with 10 miles on it. I am planning on putting them in my 06 GT with 27000 miles on the clock.
I assume that the GT500 stuff will ride a little more firm, but will it work? And is a GT500 lower than a standard GT? I can't tell from looking at any pictures..

They are compatible, but it might raise your car. The GT500 springs are designed with a heavier car in mind.

I am 99.9% sure they will raise your car up a bit. I could sworn someoneon here had done it already and they confirmed this.
