Drag Tires?

I want to fit Mickey Thompson ET's 28x12.50-15's on my bogarts for drag racing, will they fit even at rollout at the end of the track? Can I maybe do 13.50 wide? Is anyone running these?

If you're talking about the ET Drag (slick), M/T doesn't make one that size. I have run the 28x11.50-15 ET Drag slick on my Bogarts.

If you are talking about the ET Street (#3755), it should fit OK. It only has a 10" tread width. The 28x13.50 (#3757) has an 11.0" tread, which is the same as the 28x11.50 slick I ran.

I'm pushing 500rwhp right now and adding more later. I was thinking of part# 3755 the ET Street DOT tire. So you know the 28x13.50 will work. What do you think I should run with my power level and 3.73 gears, I might switch to 4.10's later.

I don't know how well the ET Streets hook compared to the slicks, but I've had good luck with the 28x11.50 slick and 4.10s. My car has gone 10.37 on those.
