****** SOLD ******

Selling my custom Driveshaft Shop Carbon Fiber driveshaft and billet yoke.

$775 shipped to the continental US in it's original box.

There is nothing wrong with it - lol, I'm sad to sell it actually.

This is a custom piece designed to work with the Fred Brown 4R70W transmission conversion on S197 cars. I had it in my car a little over 1 year - it weighs about 13# and is awesome looking. Sells for about $1200 new.

I totaled my car in May 2016 and sold the transmission to a Fox Body guy so he had to get his own driveshaft made.

You can send a check or use PayPal.

It is 47.75" from u-joint hole center to u-joint hole center (marked by white dots in the image)

From the tip of the trans yoke (black dot) to the nearest white dot is 6.75". I think they list it as 3.25" diameter. I measured it as about 3.33" diameter.

I think it's rated for 1200hp but may be wrong on that - don't really remember. It's meant for high horsepower, no doubt.

Checked my logs, it has a grand total of 2,869 miles on it. I only put 6 track launches on it and only 1 with the t-brake so it hasn't really been abused at all.

I think my steel DS is 47.5 but it's close enough, damn tempting to lose all that rotating weight... free bump for now :)

Sorry man, another member just paid for it!

Yes, get rid of that steel one - when I first went to an aluminum driveshaft with my 3650, I could tell the weight loss easily. Get an aluminum one at least, well worth it for a high hp car, I think.
