I think I'd be on the phone making some noise at this point. They've had plenty of time to check things out and make a decision IMHO.

It's now been 2 weeks. Still no call from them, no e-mail, smoke signal, messaging pigeon ... nothing.

Did you send it to the Salisbury, NC location? Their direct phone# is (704) 633-2380.

I'm only about 10mi. from there if you want me to go and wring someone's neck... :)

Yes.
I actually just called them.
Apparently they've replaced the CV joint and It's waiting to be rebalanced.
Repair is no charge to me :)

That's good news, Gabe! Good customer service afterall. Sounds like they prefer working on the hardware and catch up on the paperwork, e-mails, and phone calls when time permits, lol.

Good outcome. As long as the shipping guy doesn't drop it....

Well, if you are serious and I had the cash I could make it work. They could hold it at their shop and I'd just make that cross town trip and have it installed. I could let them install it in lieu of shipping charges.

Just got an e-mail from UPS that I have a package coming from The Driveshaft Shop :)
Should be here Wednesday.
I never once received a phone call or any other message from them while they had the shaft.
No idea when they were done with it, so I guess if I'm gonna sell it I'll have to factor in the shipping from me.

Probably best to sell it local then. If I were still living in Leominster I'd make the drive, but I don't. I'm not in a big hurry anyway.

Now that it's repaired, why don't you just install it ?

I'm planning on a T-56 soon which will require a new driveshaft anyway.
I really don't drag race the car so the factory driveshaft is fine.
And I could really use the $500 or whatever I could get for it
