So, I have a 2010 with the electronics pkg and dual zone climate. I noticed this past summer my climate door actuator starting making the dreaded clicking noise when I directed the a/c air. I figured I would just tackle it in the spring as I wasn't up to contorting myself in the summer heat. I got in my car today (I live in northern NJ where its still below freezing in the morning) and the air wont get hot on the d/s no matter how high I set it. It comes out the p/s fine. I'm getting full air blasting on the d/s, just not at the desired temp. Is this the same issue or another one? I heard no clicking.

Blend doors...all about the blend doors. There are four. Dino's writeup is the best I've found:

I see it's for 05-09, so your '10 dual zone may be different.

I only had to replace one (the one that diverts to defroster). I had to LOL at your "contortion" comment, because that's exactly what I had to do  If you need to do the upper passenger one, here's my experience (with some tool tips/tricks as well).

Thanks! Good write up. Not a job I'm looking forward to, but I had to laugh at his commentary.

So, did you notice a climate discrepancy between vents when you changed yours? Or is it just a dual zone thing? I have the clicking, but this is the first I've noticed of the temp.

Also, I noticed the part numbers are different for the 10-14 cars. YH-1891, YH-1893, and YH-1801. I'm not sure which is the part that's used twice as the descriptions are either vague or non existent, but I'm inclined to order all of them. Does anyone have any more insight into the 10-14 cars for this job?
