12.1? af thought it should be around 11.7 or under 12 for af? Could be a bad O2 sensors or might have them mixed up as the previous post said?

Idk...I was always told that 11.5-12.3 is safe, and anything more than that, you have little margin for error. Their sniffer may also read a little on the lean side because he was showing me a 500whp 04 termi they tuned that was running like 12.6 from 5000rpms and up...

for a FI appliation - typically most tuners I've seen tune for 11.4-11.7 area.

However that would be using a O2 just past the header for best results

Lean is mean and on the edge.....

Switch the O2's side to side and see if the problem follows banks.

Just an update: Lito sent me one last tune, and I just ran it. Car pulls NASTY and all the down low hesitations it had (not much but some) were worked out! Fuel mileage isn't quite where i'd like it to be (about 18-19mpg at 55mph and cruise control) but what did I expect?? lol

So anyone have any input what could be causing such a variation in the banks? We think its the cams but what would it be? Lined up wrong??

A bad or unbalanced injector could throw it off.

Haha Lito loves to give them fuel. When my car was first tuned (absolute shit) I was getting around 27, now I get an average of around 18.

I woulda thought you would be able to crank out 650 to 700 horse since you have a forged engine. My car put down similar numbers on stock internals. Why not just keep stock internals in if you were looking to be around that power range.
