My stock clutch started slipping not long after I went to drag radials. I then put a new clutch in it. After getting on it hard when the clutch break-in was finished, I started having grinding issues with the trans. After a long ordeal trying to find the problem, I found that I had twisted the input shaft in the trans. I had Liberty go through the trans and upgrade the IP shaft to 26 splines. Here is the link to that ordeal. All this at 7K on the odometer. http://www.s197forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=44501&highlight=input+shaft+kdt

I got the clutch from JPC...got a free steel line upgrade...cant remember the price. Got the mcleod flywheel too....got that from stage3motorsports. Both are solid and just as easy on the leg as stock...I would suggest them...but once again...if coin is an issue...the stocker will last a while. Depending on your mileage. I have only 3K miles on my car. If anyone needs a stock clutch (brand new pretty much) just let me know
