ECM change

Hello all..as some of you already know i've been dealing with a nothing short of a nightmare build..after installing my engine. Uploading tune..having tune revised a couple times and chasing issue after issue I finally figured out and confirmed the ECM to be my problem...the numbers on mine are 5R3A-12A650-ACD...I found one with the same numbers ..can anyone tell me do I need to have it flashed or will it work as my old one and will my tuner still work with it as well...thanx for any help with this...

the tunner is married to the old pcm,, i think it has to get unmarried to use with a different ecm,, which i think you have to send it back ,, im not sure tho,, but you defiantly aint gonna be able to use it with a new one and it just be plug and play,, plus pats would need to be deleted or i think or all the key lock ignition stufff would also have to be changed as well ,
