Alright I've been having some issues with hanging revs and a couple of other things and while checking over my car I noticed that the tube that coming off my supercharger and going to the PCV port on the drivers side valve cover is loose. This should be a pressed in tube an should not wiggle around. I can actually pull the tube out without to much effort.

My question is how might I be able to resecure this tube into the SC so it doesnt move or leak? I have tried cleaning it out and using some silicone but that didn't do anything. I'm thinking maybe an epoxy of some sort but right now I'm looking for any other ideas

Probably have to pull the tube out, rough sand the end that goes into the supercharger with something like 120 grit, then a rough sand in the hole that it presses into and then I'd use some jb-weld.

Just be sure to take the throttle body off and put something under where the hole goes into the supercharger to catch the metal particles. Don't do what I did and stick a vacuum hose in the front of the supercharger because it will actually pull the damn shavings into the rotors of the blower.

It took me hours with a scope and a small hose to get all of the particles out from there!!!

Nope...mine is still there but not used. I have removed my pcv valve from the inside of the valve cover and just run lines from the covers to a breather catch can. The hose connections on the blower are just capped off on my setup.

I got shavings inside when I was drilling and tapping for a meth injector(which I have since removed).

Ah. That makes sense. I was thinking about running a breather system myself and actually tried for about a day but I was getting a wicked whistle from the valve covers and chose to just leave everything connected. Probably gonna get an oil separator on the car soon however being there appears to be some blowbyracing andni don't need any oil getting into my intake track
