Electronic power assist in the 2011?

I got a good look at one of these tonight while installing springs on a 2011. The unit itself (the whole rack) is pretty big/bulky. Despite that, it would still be nice to get rid of all the PS lines and reservoir.

Sure, the unit is big and bulky, but you nailed it with the second part of your post: there is no PS reservoir, no PS pump (and pulley), and no PS lines. When you factor in the reduced complexity, the EPAS rack comes out heavily on top. And, it won't leak.

I actually think it's not just less crap and complicated, but is actually also lighter..
