Hey I was wondering if anyone on here knew the answer to this. What is the difference between the Exedy Mach 350 and their OEM clutch replacement kit? I can get the OEM kit for about $100 less than the Mach 350. I found the Mach 400 and 500 kits on Exedy's site, but I can't find the part number for the Mach 350 kit? My car is stock with a CAI & tune so I don't need more than a stage 1, and if the OEM kit is comparable why spend the extra $100? Can anyone shed some light on this?

Exedy's OEM kit for $269:

A Mach 350 kit is $379 on American muscle

Exedy

Exedy 350 can handle a little more power. FYI I purchased a mach 400 Stage 2 on brothers performance for $245, couldnt find a better deal than that. If you plan on adding some mods this is a great clutch. I ran it on my whipple 10psi, have owned a ram and this exedy and this is by far night and day.

Well I need the full kit with the slave cylinder. The Mach 400 is almost the same price as the 350. So I guess its between the Mach 400 or the OEM kit then.

If you plan on Modding a little bit I would step up the clutch. The Mach 400 is not that much stiffer than the OEM

OEM clutch is pretty stout in these cars. Unless yours is failing, I'd probably keep that thing as long as possible, even with a blower.
