hello, I've been wanting to buy one of these cars for racing. and I've wondering if it doesn't need to be street legal what is the best way to make power is there a tune for just cutting of exhaust and doing a complete straight pipe? or should i buy an exhaust system that still has some back pressure.

Back pressure in any situation is not optimal so don't worry about exhaust. The best way to make power with these cars is going to be forced induction or nitrous. With gears and tires you should be able to run 11's without having to rebuild the bottom end. Suspension will be important also. My suggestion is to build from the ground up. Wheels, tires, suspension first. Then gears and drivetrain. Then you will have a good platform to do whatever with the motor. Power doesn't matter if you can't get it to the ground.
