Failed emissions.... Need tuner help

my 05 failed the emissions part of inspection. Not saying I'm surprised as I have no cats on the car. Could someone point me in the right direction as to how I can get this thing to pass ? I am looking for information that I can give to my tuner.

1) Get cats.
2) Get emissions tune.
3) Pass.

Get O2 simulator(s) and install. Then get a tune that shows the rear O2's active. Plug in the tune, go through the drive cycle and go pass the test. Same thing I did.

That is the one I use. Oh, and I have no cats and a Hellion too.

^^^ might have a bit of trouble getting O2 simulaters, I had the same problem and ended up having a set of cats flanged, as well as the exhaust pipes and a couple of pieces of straight thru pipes. Now it takes about 15 minutes for go from no cats to having cats and getting an inspection sticker. For me it was the most guaranteed method of getting past emissions. also my tuner leaves the rear O2's on all the time.

Do you get error codes with the rear o2s on and no cats?
