Im eyeing the ford racing/ SVT front lower control arm with a steeda x5 ball joint because of the fact that im lowered.

As far as i can see, the difference is the bushing and stronger ball joint. Is the Control arm itself identical to the base mustang?

Because if im replacing the svt ball joint with the x5 and I upgrade the stiffer bushing to the steeda black, is it a better choice to stick with the stock LCA and upgrade that?

Anyone with an x5 have a picture of the underside so i can see what it looks like?

also if anyone has the bumpsteer kit, can u upload a pic so i can see where it goes. Thanks everyone

keep your LCA and install both bushings from steeda/energy suspensions and install the x5 BJ's. the arm itself is the same just what materials are prlessed into it are different. the bast metal part is still the smae on all models.

once you replace the balljoint, the 2 bushings are a piece of cake. and once you replace the bushings they stiffen the front of the car really well. ive been getting nose dive during braking which causes my rear end to shimmy and i think im going to replace my bushings and see how well the anti dive will help my rear end stability.

Have you seen the Kenny Brown A arms? A little pricey, but nice!

^^^ exactly what a few guys on here told me to do. i used the FRPP kit with steeda bushings front and rear with the x5 BJ's and they car has less nose dive with more responsive steering during low speed manuvers.
