Looks hella muscular dude. I'm looking at some 335's right now. Probably in the next month or so. $1300 for 2 tires is the price to play. :evillaugh:

hmmm, dodge viper tires are michelin ps2's, 345/30 19's, wonder if I can modify to make em fit....... definately time to measure what I have for existing space.

* edit. just measured what I have, there is plenty of room for 345/30/ 19's that would put the tire very near the stock tire height also. and the tires are $1100 plus shipping from the tire rack. time to see if I can find a used tire just for fitment verification!

thats nuts, lol. I did lots, and lots of research. I believe we have the same underbody as an S197, 2010+ are SN10, and I've seen people run up to a 12" wide wheel with 335, nothing bigger. In 20s. I think thinks change at 18 and 19 inches. Basically, need to get the car on a drive on lift, and have someone rock the body up and down so you can see the wheel travel. I've seen an SN95 run 345s, but I think our cars will require a minitub. I'll try to post pics of the 335's when I get home to my computer. I love my PS2's, when you warm them up, the car hooks in 2nd and just GOs. Fantastic grip, cornering stability.

well i'll be on the lookout for a used set of the 345's just for a trial fitment, I only lowered the car by one inch front and back and with the 19" rims, I will have a extra half inch of clearance of "up" travel over a set of 20's. only one way to find out though, get a set of tires, fit em, bottom out the rearend, and see if anything hits.

I'd love to give the PS2's a go around when I'm up for new tires.. Love the GY Supercar F1's but I love trying new things. I may try and get the rear wheels wider in the future. May see if a 10.5 is possible.

Dude for sure. I'm just scared to be disappointed if I ever buy anything else because I've never had a set of tires I love so much, lol.

So I'm waiting on my CF5s (18X9, 18X11) and have been looking at tires.

I'm thinking 255/45 fronts( brand undecided) and 305/40s rear. The rear would be 555Rs since they're the only ones that make that size. I kind of would like to keep the same overall tire height and is the main reason I'm looking at these sizes.

I've also thought about 315/40 NT-05R.

Any suggestions?

That sounds a little short for an 18" rim. Just sayin.

335/30s will have a pretty fat sidewall, its a percentage of treadwidth isn't it?

275/35/18(25.9" tall) and 335/30/18(25.6" tall) are both short about 1-1.5" compared to stock.

I would recommend 275/40 and 325/35.

Well, looks just fine to me...

So again....275/35 front and 335/30 rear. Maybe "Entrenched" could chime in to see what adversities he's encountered while lowered AND having shorter than stock tires. I'm not sure. I think you'd have to adjust the speedo with a handheld to match revs per mile.
