FRPP announces 2 year 24K warranty on crate engines.

For some of you that might have blown your stock 5.0 and went with a crate engine. Some good news came from the FRPP camp today. 13 total engines will be covered under the new Crate Engine 2/24 Warranty Program! Here are the links.

Will they cover if you put a 5.0 in an older vehicle?

As far as i know yes. There is nothing in the PDF. file stating they wont cover the warranty just because its been installed in a fox body, or a kit car.

Yes, and I think you have to use their airbox. But I have seen one warrantied in a fox.

Probably will not cover it unless you have it installed at ford, also.

I called them yesterday. If you get the crate for the supercharged applications it will be warrantied obviously they said a bad tune would void it.
