The problem is there is no place to mount the a/c pump without losing PS. The PS pump is mounted in place of the a/c compressor.

there is a aftermarket bracket system that allows ac and ps on the conversion. I think it's sean hyland that offers it . All The ducting and heater box is still in the dash. Just needs everything under the hood which I have most of . Just to let everyone know the conversion with fuel system, alternator kit ,ps bracket is Just over 8k plus That doesn't even get into the kooks long tubes and cat pipe. easy 9k plus install. Car runs fantastic.

This was the kit that I am going to be using for when I do the 5.0 swap in case anyone who is interested in the car is running. It seems to have everything there that you need for it and the instructions seem to be straight forward and fairly simple.
