Fuel pump question

How would I make my 06 GT fuel pump run continuously from a switch instead of it pulsing (so I can set it up for return). Which wire do I need to send constant power to? Thanks

Have the fuel pump wire be direct to ground.

Do you need some kind of emergency kill switch to turn off the pump in case of an accident? Electrical is not my area of strength.
