I see flappy paddles for the auto. Start/stop button, too.
I like that the huge hazard light switch is right next to the equally huge traction control switch -- or as I like to call it, the "RACE MODE ENGAGED!"-switch.
Cheesy is an understatement, the whole center console looks cheesy. About the only thing I like from that are the toggle switches for traction control and the hazzards. Give me a big button up high for starting the car, hell GIVE ME A TOGGLE SWITCH! The HVAC, and the MyFord Touch infotainment center looks like a can of smashed assholes.
I think Ford took a huge step backwards between 2009 and 2010 in terms of the infotainment system. As much as we all dog on the Shaker head units, it at least looks like it belongs in the car and it's interior. This one, this one makes me want to vomit and it looks like the cheap Mitsubishi interiors or the Mazda interiors from the late 90's early 2000's. No thanks.
The biggest question I have is... how are the fucking cup holders fit in to the console! I HATE their location on the 2010+ cars, right where your arm needs to be to shift.
Center console looks early 2000's style to me, all chunky and round and shit.
They really need a big ass switch for the hazard and traction controls? lol
I'm loving the headroom in the back seat. I just wish they would make the rear seats out of molded fiberglass, or strap an angry badger back there to really fine tune the level of comfort they are going for.
Bingo!.. not a fan of the center design and too much going on with the steering wheel. However, I do like the push button (but we can install that on our older ones, without a key) and toggle.
