As title, is it possible to purchase the adjuster seperate from the actual headlight unit ?
A friend has an '06 model and one of his is broken, have tried searching but being in the UK some sites in the US are blocked

Regardless, just seeing the title of this thread motivated me to swap out the headlights in my F350 for the LED lights I bought 2 months ago. The existing headlights sucked and I was waiting for motivation to swap them out. Thank you.

Maybe you can find a breaker/dismantler that has a car with damaged headlight but with a good adjuster on it?

Are your friend's lights HID?

You could always try and epoxy the adjuster back on. If not, take the headlight apart and repair from the inside then reassemble the headlight. Or just buy some aftermarket set.

Being in the UK the chance of finding one is very slim

No standard lights

The adjuster just pulls out and has parts missing so is broken, he is going to bodge it for now and buy some aftermarket headlights

I think I have a standard set of headlights for a project I tried out and didn't work.

Is it the entire internals that's the adjuster for these? I forget what it looks like. If it's just some inside part you need, I would be happy to take it out and send it to you. They're just going to sit on my shelf and collect dust until eternity.
