Headlight switch rattles like crazy - fix?

My headlight switch in my '06GT is rattling like crazy, any ideas on how to fix it? I popped it out and it seems like the 4 metal clips are what is rattling, but it could also be the plugs themselves. I jammed a piece of leather scrap in between the dash and the switch housing, and that seems to help a bit but not near enough. If I push "up" on the switch housing, I can make it stop. Maybe I just don't have enough material wedged in there to make it tight enough? Anyone else had this problem?

some thin foam or weather stripping in the housing may work well

super glue the metal tabs to the headlight switch housing.

Another good idea. Sounds like I have some work to do this weekend. I should be able to source some thin foam from some other project.
